We usually reply within two to three business days. If your message needs a longer investigation — a reproducible bug, for example — we will tell you that rather than leaving you waiting.
What to include
Reporting a bug
Please tell us your device and browser (for example "iPhone 13, Safari" or "Windows 11, Chrome"), what you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot helps enormously.
Requesting a feature
Describe what you are trying to achieve rather than the exact button you want, if you can. Knowing the underlying goal often lets us find a simpler solution than the one being asked for.
Advertising enquiries
For advertising, sponsorship or partnership enquiries, email us with "Advertising" in the subject line and tell us a little about your product and audience.
Copyright and legal
Copyright complaints should follow the process on our DMCA page, which lists the specific information a valid notice must contain. Other legal correspondence can go to the same address.
Privacy requests
To ask what personal data we hold, request deletion, or exercise any other privacy right, email us with "Privacy request" in the subject line. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Something you made
We love seeing finished builds. Send a screenshot of what you made and, if you are happy for us to, we may feature it on the site with credit.
Before you write
A few questions come up often enough that the answer may already be waiting for you:
- Is it free? Yes, entirely. There is no account, no trial and no paid tier.
- Do you store my images? No. Conversion happens inside your browser and nothing is uploaded to us.
- Why does my build look muddy? Usually the block count is too low for the amount of detail in the photo, or the source image is low contrast. Our editor guide covers both.
- Can I use the results commercially? See the Terms of Service, which explains what you may do with the output.

If you need to reach us in writing, request our postal address by email and we will provide it. We are a small independent team rather than a registered office with a reception desk.
