These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://minecraftpixelart.com and the tools available on it (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
MinecraftPixelArt.com provides free, browser-based tools that convert images into Minecraft block layouts and let you edit and export the result. The Service runs in your browser; we do not receive or store the images you process.
No account is required. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
3. Your content and your rights
You keep all rights in the images you upload and in the block art you create. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we never receive a copy and therefore claim no licence over it whatsoever.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any image you convert. Do not upload images you do not own or have permission to use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create or distribute material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that sexualises minors
- Process images that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers or related systems
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, scrape or redistribute the Service or its underlying code except as permitted by applicable open-source licences
- Remove, obscure, block or interfere with advertisements displayed on the Service, or circumvent the technical measures that deliver them
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, layout and original source code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Portions of the underlying colour-matching and export logic derive from open-source projects and remain subject to their original licences.
"Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Block names, textures and other game assets are the property of Mojang and Microsoft. MinecraftPixelArt.com is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Mojang or Microsoft. See our Disclaimer.
6. Output and how you may use it
The block layouts, PNG images, command files and datapacks you generate are yours. You may use them in personal or commercial projects, in videos and streams, and on servers, subject to Mojang's own guidelines and to your holding the rights in the source image. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
7. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising. By using it you accept that advertisements will be displayed. We do not control the specific ads served by third-party networks and are not responsible for the content of those ads or for anything you buy from an advertiser.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that colour matches will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (which is zero) or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain liabilities. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, including any claim that an image you processed infringed a third party's rights.
11. Third-party links and services
The Service may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the most recent version. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to achieve its intent as closely as the law allows.
15. Contact
